Where is this cemetery? It reminds me of some older cemeteries in Argentina.

Lafayette Cemetery, New Orleans. We were on a walking tour of the Garden district and were compelled to visit the cemetery. The deceased have to be buried above ground because the city was built on a swamp. Fascinating history!
