I know most ladies can relate to this dilemma; this is what happened to my shoes recently, after a couple of hours of Salsa dancing that went on until after midnight. I had a blast but my shoes had to go. Thank goodness for flat shoes!
As my hubby always says…”as long as you look sexy, who cares right? An ongoing joke for more than 30 years, gotta love him–and I do! I would have regretted not bringing my flat dancing shoes with me, LOL

My girlfriend used to say the same thing, well almost. “As long as you look good, it doesn’t matter how you feel.” It was cynical but funny. I’ll never forget that!

I would’ve never thought of this photo, but it’s perfect. All of my shoes (except one pair of boots) are ugly, because comfortable shoes, aren’t good looking. You are so right. All women can relate to this. Great photo.

Thanks Barb, I keep looking a those new heels 5-6 inches tall and don’t know how anyone can walk in them. I’ve lowered my standards to 3-4 inches or flats. I’ve managed to find pretty ones out there.

Ohhhh, that reminded me of last week, when I bought of what I thought was a comfortable pair of platform. I walked all over Old San Juan, which is an old historic Spanish town in the capital of Puerto Rico that has lots of brick streets that go up and then down on your way back. My left toe hurts more than the other and is a little black and blue
Yeah, I should have put the shoes as a regret.

I’ve done the brick road walks in heels as well and know it is not fun; we had them in Panama too. I always try to remember to bring my flat shoes wherever I go, high heels are only comfortable for a very short time. Nice meeting you and thanks for stopping by!
